The short version

delu.lu sets three cookies, all of them technically necessary to make the site work. No marketing cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. That means there's no consent banner — the cookies we set fall under the "strictly necessary" exemption in the ePrivacy directive & GDPR.

Every cookie we set

delulu.theme
Your theme preference (dark / light / rainbow). Set when you toggle the theme. Not httpOnly — the client needs to read it.
delulu.anon
A random id used to dedupe your votes and reactions so the same browser can't spam the same post. Survives until cleared.
delulu.session
Set only after you sign in. Signed JWT; HttpOnly + SameSite=Lax; expires after 30 days or when you sign out.

What we don't set

No Google Analytics, no Meta pixels, no behavioural fingerprints, no affiliate trackers, no ad identifiers. If you see a cookie in your browser's dev tools that isn't one of the three above, it came from somewhere else.

Your choices

You can delete cookies for delu.lu from your browser settings at any time. Deleting delulu.anon separates future anonymous activity from anything you did before. Deleting delulu.sessionsigns you out. Deleting delulu.theme resets the theme to your system preference.
